Bhaskar Parameshwaran is a Financial and Strategy Advisor (Middle East Region) of Arthasachi Venture, a distinguished Finance Executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across Aviation, FMCG, and Manufacturing industries in the Middle East and India. Bhaskar provides strategic and financial advisory and risk guidance to support business transformation and sustainable growth in the Middle East Region. Bhaskar is based in Dubai.

Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Click Aviation Network DMCC, Dubai, where he oversaw global financial operations, strengthened regulatory compliance, and implemented strategic pricing policies. His forward-looking financial leadership enabled sustainable revenue growth, long-term business resilience, and expansion in competitive global markets.

Before that, at flydubai, Bhaskar held a leadership role in Finance, where he spearheaded ERP migrations from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Oracle R12, strengthened reporting frameworks, and optimized cost-control measures that supported the airline’s rapid expansion.

Across his career, Bhaskar has built deep expertise in financial strategy, planning & analysis, treasury, risk management, IFRS reporting, and ERP implementations (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Pastel). His broad skillset extends to budgeting, compliance, HR, and internal audit, making him a versatile finance leader with a proven track record of driving transformation and sustainable growth.
