Total Assets managed by the Mutual Fund Industry is growing at a rapid pace, it has seen a growth of 22.46% from Rs. 30.96 trillion in Dec, 2020 to Rs. 37.92 trillion in Dec, 2021 !
A strong momentum is also seen in the Retail participation with 19.54 million new accounts got added in the SIP category in 2021 (Mar-Dec), a growth of over 50%. A similar enthusiasm is noticed in the new Demat accounts opening in non SIP category as well.
