Indian Mutual Funds Industry have about 49.1 million SIP accounts as on Dec 31st, 2021 through which Investors regularly Invest in Mutual Fund schemes. In a period of nine months, 19.54 million accounts got added, a growth of over 50% in the SIP category in 2021 (Mar-Dec).
SIP was retained as the favorite mode of Investment for the retail Investors, SIP AUMs as on Dec 31, 2021 ₹ 5,65,420 Crore and increase of ₹ 89,293 Crore in 2021 (Mar-Dec).
