 Wealth Management and Fund Management: As Global Delivery Head in TCS Financial Solutions, managed key global accounts like Vanguard (USA), Lloyds Bank (Scottish Widows, UK), Old Mutual Wealth (Utmost International, UK), and Swiss Private Banking.

Fund Administration Solutions: Successfully implemented solutions for CTBC, Taiwan, and Bank Mandiri, Indonesia, in record time.

Revenue and Customer Base Growth: Achieved business targets of 100 Crores (INR) annually for the Global Wealth Management platform and maintained an active customer base globally.

Product Migration and Rebranding: Migrated the TCS Quartz Capital Markets legacy product to TCS BaNCS, managing securities processing product development and client migration.

Hybrid Cloud Deployment: Managed the installation of integrated product solutions on both on-premises and AWS hybrid cloud platforms for large investment management companies.

Digital Product Modernization: Upgraded the Wealth Digital Product platform, deploying web and mobile applications using a hybrid app framework.

Cloud Migration: Successfully migrated HNI/UHNI Wealth Management Clients to AWS Cloud platform, a first-of-its-kind proposal in the Business Unit.

Insurance and Investment Solutions: Migrated legacy clients to WRAP platforms and managed regulatory/compliance product enhancements.

Revenue Management: Managed revenue targets of 15-20 million USD annually with a team of 400+ product associates, in addition to product licenses and AMC fee revenues.

RFI/RFP and Pre-Sales Engagements: Actively participated in global proposals, market research, and surveys.
